Delivery
Our delivery service is calculated on kilometres from Annandale and will be calculated at checkout.
Your gelato cake will be delivered in our freezer van and it will arrive frozen. It will need to be put into a freezer within 15 min of delivery to prevent it from melting.
Cakes are delivered within the designated hours of 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times. If you require further information about the estimated arrival time of our driver to your area, please feel free to contact us at 0481 462 308. Should you need a specific delivery time frame, we will do our utmost to meet your requirements. On the day of delivery, you will receive a morning text message containing a 2 hour window and a live tracking link for our delivery van. Furthermore, you will receive another text message to notify you when the driver is nearing your residence which could be 5-60 min before arrival. Any request to change the delivery address must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
If you are sending a cake to someone else as a gift please let us know and inform us of the receivers name and mobile number. You can write the information in the box provided on this page. We will keep the surprise and excitement and only text them to arrange a delivery time.
