Delivery Calculation: Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from Annandale and will be provided at checkout.

Freezer Van Delivery: Your gelato cake will be delivered in our freezer van and will arrive frozen. Please ensure that the cake is placed in a freezer within 15 minutes of delivery to prevent melting.

Delivery Hours: Cakes are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Monday to Thursday: On the day of delivery, you will receive a morning text message with a 2-hour delivery window and a live tracking link for our delivery van. A follow-up message will notify you when the driver is approaching your location (usually 5-60 minutes before arrival).

Friday and Saturday: You will receive the first text message with your delivery details the day before the scheduled delivery.

Address Changes: Any requests to change the delivery address must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Gifts: If you are sending the cake as a gift, please let us know. Include the recipient's name and mobile number in the provided box. We will keep the surprise intact and only contact them to arrange the delivery.
