Gelato is our passion and all our gelato and sorbets are made from scratch. We make artisan gelato with a methodology and philosophy from Florence passed down through 4 generations of gelato makers. We make gelato the traditional way using real ingredients and fresh fruit to produce over 30 flavours. At bannos we don't use any ready made gelato bases or flavour pastes and we develop all our own gelato and sorbet recipes. Our gelato does not contain gelatine or vegetable fats.
Due to the ongoing lockdown in Sydney we have reduced the flavours available. All flavours will be available again once trading resumes to normal.
